Wayland, MA / London UK – June 17, 2008 – Softscape, the global leader in integrated people management software, today announced that The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis, and Malaria selected Softscape’s people management platform to enhance its employee performance and development processes while preparing for future growth worldwide.
With active programs in 136 countries, The Global Fund is a unique global public/private partnership dedicated to dramatically increasing resources to prevent and treat HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis and malaria, directing those resources to areas of greatest need. With approved grants of U.S. $10.1 billion, The Global Fund already provides more than 20 percent of international funding to fight AIDS, as well as two-thirds of international funding to fight malaria and tuberculosis. Because The Global Fund’s ability to support the expansion of proven interventions will depend entirely on its ability to raise additional funding in the future, it relies greatly on its skilled team of financiers.

The Global Fund employs 350 individuals, all of them at its office in Geneva, Switzerland.
