Softscape Successful Against Rival SuccessFactors’ Frivolous Lawsuit

Wayland, MA – March 14, 2008 – Softscape,the global leader in integrated people management software, today released this statement in response to the lawsuit filed by SuccessFactors (NASDAQ:SFSF) that was announced March 12, 2008:

“The SuccessFactors lawsuit remains a frivolous abuse of the legal system, and we will defend ourselves to the fullest extent. The announcement released by SuccessFactors on March 13, 2008 deliberately misstated Softscape’s general counsel's testimony, and ignored key facts contained in the complete statement.
