Time & Attendance

Softscape’s Time and Attendance enables workers to easily record time, vacation, and absences as well as route timecards for online approval. Time and Attendance provides a streamlined interface that is integrated into project planning and enables real-time budget tracking and reconciliations to identify initiatives at risk or gauge workforce utilization. Approvals can be based on direct or matrixed management hierarchy, and can also be multi-phased and based on the projects to which workers are assigned. Project Managers can have authority to approve time spent on their projects in addition to managers approving the timecards of their direct reports.
