Softscape’s Time and Attendance enables workers to easily record time, vacation, and absences as well as route timecards for online approval. Time and Attendance provides a streamlined interface that is integrated into project planning and enables real-time budget tracking and reconciliations to identify initiatives at risk or gauge workforce utilization. Approvals can be based on direct or matrixed management hierarchy, and can also be multi-phased and based on the projects to which workers are assigned.
