Softscape has opportunities for professionals with 4 - 10 years of working experience with strong English communication skills and solid programming experience to work in the Bangkok office.
Development staff work on projects building and supporting state-of-the-art enterprise web applications. Developers will gain knowledge of development and HCM business processes. They will also gain the ability to do analysis on functional business processes.
- Work as part of a team to deliver high quality solutions to our customers
- Complete development activities as per the documented SDLC and software development standards
- Promptly and clearly communication progress, issues, and question to managers
- Develop and run Unit Test Scripts for every set of deliverables
- Proactively make suggestions for improvement of the development process
- Work with management to complete project estimates and project plans
- Communicate and co-ordinate the solution with the Technical Lead and Project Team
- Mentor, train, and lead junior developers
- Thai nationality
- Excellent English and Thai communication skills (written/oral)
- BS in Computer Science, Software Engineerig (or equivalent)
- Have four (4) years or more working experience in the software development field
- Strong experience with web application development
- Experience with any of the following databases - SQL Server, Oracle, or DB2
- Strong experience with HTML and JavaScript
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to communicate effectively
All shortlisted candidates must show good understanding of Javascript, HTML, and SQL by passing a brief exam.
