Softscape Enterprise Account Representative will be responsible for generating sales opportunities for Softscape’s enterprise software applications through cold-calls to prospective customer and providing telemarketing support for marketing events and campaigns. This is a great opportunity to expand your sales skills and learn the software industry!
The Account Representative will be report to the Business Development Director but will work closely with the sales organization to ensure proper follow-up on leads, schedule demos with appropriate sales rep and distribute product information to prospective customers. The Account Representative will maintain and track prospect data and leads in Softscape’s Microsoft CRM system.
- Identify and qualify prospects through proactive outbound calls, opening a line of communication with key contacts and creating interest in Softscape’s products
- Design campaigns with assigned account executives to develop strategies to uncover leads/opportunities in assigned territory.
- Responsible for documenting all communications with prospects taking detailed and accurate notes regarding conversations with prospects that is critical to aid the sales cycle.
- 2+ years experience in lead generation
- Must be assertive and goal oriented with high personal drive, integrity and energy
- Must have strong excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Microsoft Office skills
- Must be comfortable working in a team environment
- Past history of exceeding quotas
