Project Manager

Job Description:

Softscape has an opportunity for a Project Manager consultant with strong communication skills and solid project management experience to work in our London office. Project managers work directly with customers, defining and delivering state-of-the-art enterprise web applications. This position involves managing business application development projects through all phases of the software development life cycle, from requirements definition through testing and deployment. The PM role may involve project management activities for multiple (approximately 2 to 3) mid-size projects simultaneously. Key attributes include organizational skills, cross-functional team management, technical aptitude, creativity, and the ability to interact with customers for solid client relationships. Responsibilities include planning and delivering business solutions; defining complex business processes based on core system architecture; writing requirements documents and functional specifications; managing project communications and budget; and managing change control.

Required Experience:

• Proven leadership, team building and people development skills
• 5+ years software application project management/consulting experience.
• Experience deploying software in an enterprise environment.
