Softscape Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating sales opportunities for Softscape’s enterprise software applications through cold-calls to prospective customer and providing telemarketing support for marketing events and campaigns.
The Inside Sales Representative will work closely with the sales organization to ensure proper follow-up on leads, schedule demos with appropriate sales rep and distribute product information to prospective customers.
- Maintain and track prospect data and leads in CRM system.
- Identify and qualify prospects through proactive outbound calls, opening a line of communication with key contacts
- Design campaigns with assigned account executives to develop strategies to uncover leads/opportunities in assigned territory.
- Identify and develop relationships with decision makers and influencers who can initiate new opportunities through call campaigns to further educate and nurture the relationship and move them through the lead pipeline.
- Responsible for documenting all communications with prospects taking detailed and accurate notes regarding conversations with prospects that is critical to aid the sales cycle.
- Create Account Roadmap for each prospect to identify new contacts and uncover opportunities within accounts
- Create game plan and establish campaign initiatives for each account.
- 4-6 years experience in sales/lead generation
- Must be aggressive and goal oriented with high personal drive, integrity and energy
- Strong presentation skills including the ability to conduct Webcasts
- Software industry experience
- Must have strong excellent verbal & written communications skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Strong time management, organizational and decision-making skills are critical
- Must be comfortable working in a team environment
- Past history of exceeding sales quotas
