As Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and co-founder of Softscape, Dave Watkins is responsible for driving the strategic direction and vision of Softscape. Dave brings more than 20 years of deep domain experience in human resources, enterprise software, and professional consulting with former executive roles at Andersen Consulting (Accenture), Interleaf, and Ernst & Young.

Richard Watkins
Chief Technical Officer  
As Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and co-founder of Softscape, Rick Watkins leads the development of Softscape’s patented technology platform and award-winning software solutions. Formerly with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), Rick has extensive technical expertise in architecture development, directing Softscape’s engineering teams to develop highly scalable Web-based systems and innovative GUI designs.

Bill Brown   
Chief Financial Officer
Bill Brown is Chief Financial Officer at Softscape and manages the company’s financial and accounting activities.  Prior to joining Softscape, Bill was CFO at Authoria, ChannelAdvisor, and Lightbridge. Bill brings a wealth of expertise in strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, and building lasting shareholder value.

Christopher Faust is Chief Marketing Officer at Softscape and provides market strategy and global marketing leadership that has resulted in Softscape emerging as a category leader for integrated HCM. Actively published as an industry thought leader, Christopher brings 20 years of global experience in enterprise software, specifically for human resources, with former senior executive roles at WBT Systems, Tripoint, and Athena Learning.

Myhanh Dao 
VP Financial Operations
Myhanh Dao is VP of Financial Operations at Softscape and responsible for the company's financial policies and procedures, sales order processing, billing, revenue recognition, financial planning and forecasting. Myhanh brings over 15 years of financial and operational experience in both private and public organizations such as Viewlogic Systems and Innoveda.

William Dockery
Director of Softscape Europe 
As Director of Softscape Europe, William Dockery is responsible for expanding the company’s EMEA sales strategy, growing new customer acquisition, and building alliance partnerships to support Softscape’s expansion initiatives. William brings a wealth of expertise in global HR software deployments and previously served as Softscape Customer Relationship Officer helping customers achieve measureable results.

Susan Mohr
General Counsel
Susan Mohr is General Counsel at Softscape and is responsible for management of the company's legal functions and strategic initiatives. Susan brings a wealth of legal experience with former roles at John Hancock, Tower Technology, and Assistant District Attorney in Kings County, NY. Susan earned her Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School and graduated with honors from the State University of Stonybrook where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree.
